Lived in an RHouse accommodation circa 18 months and can genuinely say I encountered no problems, the RHouse team are always willing to help and are always contactable. Housemates were all great, house was always kept to a great standard.

Living in this shared house has been a great experience, especially as it was my first time living in shared accommodation. The property has always been clean, well maintained, and professionally managed. The weekly cleaning service is a great addition and helps keep the house in excellent condition.
The landlord and letting agents have been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout my tenancy. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable shared house.

I had a really positive experience living at RHouse UK. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location.
I particularly appreciated how quickly any issues were handled, along with the clear and consistent communication. Both the housemates and the team were friendly and easy to get along with, which made the overall atmosphere very welcoming.

Find your space
Take a look at our locations to find out where RHouse homes are, which homes have availabilities, and schedule an in-person or virtual tour.
Apply and get approved
Once you have selected your home, you can begin the application process. Pick the homes that best fit your needs & arrange viewings with RHouse.
If you'd like to meet the existing housemates in person or via video call, we can arrange it. If you're happy and we're happy,Pay a £100 holding deposit, which goes towards your security deposit.
The legal stuff
Once your application is approved, we send your tenancy agreement and the required tenancy information for you to review and sign.
Move in
Once everyone has signed and payments are received, we confirm your move-in date and welcome you to your new home.
