Every prospective tenant is referenced and matched to the household they are joining, so each house is made up of people who are well suited to living together.
That care has a direct commercial result. When people are well matched and well looked after, they settle, they respect the home and they stay. Longer tenancies mean fewer changeovers, shorter void periods and steadier income, with less wear on the property between lets. Our human approach is not separate from your return. R House does not take on every property it is offered. Before we enter a management agreement, we look closely at the property itself, its layout, condition and location, and talk openly with the landlord about how it will be run. If it is not the right fit for our model, we say so.
That selectivity is what allows us to make commitments we can keep. Every property we accept is held to the same standard of maintenance, compliance and care, and is looked after by a team that knows it well. As part of WR Bennett Group Ltd, we have the resources and long-term commitment to stand behind every one.
It is also why our landlords stay with us. To date, no landlord has chosen to move their management elsewhere.
